We’ve just returned from a short (weekend) reconnaissance trip to Alsace … and we love it. Despite monumental crowds in towns due to Marche de Noel and parking nightmare we were able to taste a little piece of Alsace. And it is delicious so we are coming back there … the only question is when. We’ll see.
